Protect Your Rights
Build a Defense Based on the Facts
Our attorneys help you understand what you are facing, protect your rights, and examine the traffic stop, arrest, testing, and other evidence involved in your case.
Your Driver’s License May Be at Risk Before Your Case Is Resolved
A DUI arrest can trigger a separate license suspension through the Washington State Department of Licensing. You generally have only 7 days after your arrest or notice to request a hearing to contest the suspension.
The DOL matter and criminal DUI case are separate. Missing the deadline can affect your ability to challenge the administrative action against your license.
